Elkay Interior Systems’ long-standing partnerships with Home2 Suites by Hilton and Tru by Hilton culminated in a successful brand fusion in the heart of downtown Milwaukee, WI. Navigating the challenges posed by the bustling city center—where two projects shared a site—showcased our ability to manage complex logistics, including crane operations and material delivery to higher floors, all while ensuring seamless site coordination.
EIS’s deep understanding of each brand's unique characteristics enabled the general contractor to rely confidently on our expertise and guidance throughout the execution of this dual-brand project. We meticulously developed, manufactured, and coordinated the installation of a complete prototypical public space millwork package tailored to both brands.
