  • Our story begins in 1979 when founder Lindsey Bovinet set out to combine his passion for art and craftsmanship. He later partnered with now President + CEO Tony Lutz and continued to bring interior design + build solutions to enterprises worldwide.

  • Sustainability at EIS means partnering with suppliers who incorporate sustainable wood in our projects. Our manufacturing facilities minimize waste by recycling excess materials like cardboard, quartz, and stainless steel. In addition, we utilize manufacturing automation to reduce waste, save natural resources, and improve workplace safety. We also use sustainable materials whenever possible.

Millwork is often specified to fit the design aesthetic of a space and can be decorative and practical. 

  • FF&E stands for furniture, fixtures, and equipment. In commercial spaces, FF&E include items like tables, chairs, desks, lighting, appliances, and other functional pieces of equipment. FF&E adds to the functionality of a space and can be tailored to match the aesthetic or design of a project.
