Sake Express emerged as an award-winning project that showcased our ability to deliver a Best Limited-Service Restaurant, even amid the challenges of the pandemic. EIS took on full design services, engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing of the interior elements, demonstrating our comprehensive expertise in creating dynamic dining environments.
Despite the uncertainties that arose during this time, our team remained committed to delivering solutions on schedule. Leveraging decades of experience, we crafted a highly adaptable fast-casual dining space that accommodated fluctuations in occupancy, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
One of the most striking and timeless features of Sake Express is its unique ceiling element, which grounds the space and guides the overall floor plan. This design choice not only enhances the aesthetics but also serves a functional purpose in directing customer flow.
