Scope:

EIS played a pivotal role in the successful opening of Europe’s first Luna restaurant in Gardermoen, collaborating closely with Food Folk and the McDonald’s Norway team. This project marked a significant milestone for both McDonald's and EIS, as we helped to introduce an innovative dining concept that emphasized a modern and inviting atmosphere.

Since 2020, our Asia-Pacific team had been deeply engaged in the development and implementation of the Luna concept across Asia, working in consultation with McDonald's Global Design Development Group and leading designers in the region. Our extensive experience in adapting global concepts to local markets had been instrumental in shaping Luna's evolution.

Initially, McDonald's had intended to utilize a décor package sourced from Asia. However, in response to rising freight costs, they pivoted to collaborate with EIS Europe to create a tailored package that would be built locally. We were honored that McDonald’s entrusted EIS Europe with the delivery of their first European pilot project. Our team successfully provided a comprehensive range of furniture pieces, including custom tables, benches, stools, chairs, and decorative partitions. This collaboration not only showcased our manufacturing capabilities but also reflected our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that met the unique needs of our partners. Together, we were proud to help shape the future of dining experiences across Europe.
