NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA, JANUARY 2024 – Sister company of Elkay Interior Systems, Digney York Associates completed renovations to Pendry Newport Beach. Located minutes from Fashion Island, this sophisticated resort offers stunning views of Newport Harber and Black Bay.  

In collaboration with Montage International and Eagle Four Partners, DYA spearheaded the transformation of the guest rooms at Pendry Newport Beach. The newly designed, 18-floor hotel offers 295 guest rooms, including 114 suites, three upscale dining destinations, a spa, a fitness center, several event spaces, and more.
