EIS Welcomes Miguel Chang to the Global Leadership Team
MILWAUKEE, WI, January 11, 2023: We are pleased to announce that Miguel (Mike) Chang has joined the EIS organization and Global Leadership Team.
Mike will be assuming the role of Senior Director of Manufacturing, reporting directly to Tony Lutz, President and CEO, and overseeing our Planning and Procurement, Operations, and Manufacturing departments.
His immediate role will focus on our North and Latin America businesses and our manufacturing facilities in Fond du Lac, WI, Spokane, WA, and Atlacomulco, Mexico. Mike joins us with a deep background in multi-facility manufacturing management. In his last role, he led multiple facilities with over 3,500 employees under his management and served global brands like GE, Whirlpool, LG, Lennox, Carrier, and Rheem.
