A: Lead, manage, inspire, encourage, guide, and serve.

Q: What do you find the most personally rewarding about working at EIS?

A: Often, I get to personally observe the results of a healthy and trusting relationship between our customers and team members. It’s pure joy.

Q: What’s your guilty pleasure?

A: Nap Roulette: I take a nap without an alarm. Will it be 20 minutes or 3 hours? Nobody knows…dangerous!

Q: What’s your signature dish?

A: Apilco Tres Grande Porcelain dinner plate from Williams Sonoma. I’ve served on this set for 20 years.
