Holiday Inn Express, IHG's fastest-growing hotel brand, has partnered with EIS to enhance and refresh lobby spaces across the U.S. This collaboration has allowed us to grow alongside the brand, providing comprehensive hospitality services that cover every phase of the project. Our offerings include engineering, estimating, and field dimensioning, as well as sourcing, manufacturing, shipping, and installation.

In a recent new construction project, we delivered a turnkey millwork package that transformed the lobby into an inviting space. This package features a striking floating ceiling element, alongside custom cabinetry and countertops for the breakfast and coffee bars, ensuring a functional yet stylish environment for guests.

Additionally, EIS engineered angular slatted wood screens and wood feature walls throughout the common areas, adding visual interest and depth to the design. These thoughtful elements enhance the overall aesthetic while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
